By downloading, installing, or using Clutch ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of Clutch. By continuing to use the App after any changes are made, you accept the updated Terms.
Clutch is an iOS application developed by Ernist Isabekov that uses AI to extract tasks from screenshots and convert them into reminders. The App is provided on an "as is" basis.
Clutch does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the App. Subscription purchases and purchase history are managed entirely through your Apple ID via the App Store.
We may offer a free trial period for subscription plans. During the trial, you will have full access to Pro features. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple, as they process all payments. We do not have the ability to issue refunds. Visit Apple's support page for refund instructions.
Each plan includes a set number of extractions. These limits are enforced locally on your device and tracked securely. The following rules apply:
Clutch, the Clutch logo, and all related content are the intellectual property of Ernist Isabekov. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or its content without written permission.
The tasks extracted by Clutch are generated from your own screenshots. You retain ownership of your extracted tasks and any content you create using the App.
You must not use Clutch to:
Clutch uses third-party services including AI processing APIs and Apple services. We are not responsible for the actions, terms, or privacy practices of these third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
Clutch is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
AI-powered task extraction is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Results may vary depending on the quality and content of the screenshot provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ernist Isabekov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Clutch, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Clutch at any time if you violate these Terms. In the event of termination, you will lose access to all features, including any remaining subscription period.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated through an app update. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
