Voice Recordings
- We temporarily process voice recordings to create reminders via speech recognition
- Voice recordings are processed locally on your device and immediately converted to text
- We do not store raw audio files
- Transcribed text is sent to our backend AI service to parse reminder details
- Voice data is deleted immediately after transcription
Reminders
- Reminder text content
- Dates and times for scheduled reminders
- Location names and coordinates (if you enable location-based reminders)

- Original voice transcripts (stored locally on your device)
Account Information
- Apple ID authentication token (via Sign in with Apple)
- No email addresses or personal identifiers are collected beyond what Apple provides
Location Information
- When you create location-based reminders (Premium feature), we collect:

- Locations you specify for reminders

- Location data is used solely to trigger reminders when you arrive at specified places
